Bing & Bao

A Washington DC-area restaurant serving traditional Chinese street food, Bing & Bao’s branding was designed to be bright and engaging, bringing a playful feel to tradition.

The “bing” is the Chinese crepe, while the “bao” is the dumpling. These two symbols were merged to create an ampersand and standalone logo mark. The mark can also be separated into its distinct shapes, as was done for the menus and supporting graphics.
